Telecaller Executive – Voice Process

Job Description:
We are seeking energetic Telecallers for our voice-based process. You’ll interact with customers, address their queries, and provide product/service information with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound customer queries with a positive attitude
• Maintain call records and customer feedback
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident, polite, and patient while speaking
• Ability to work in a team
